Ahmed Albaiti, President & CEO
Ahmed has over twelve years of experience delivering
business-to-consumer, business-to-business, and automation platforms to
a variety of clients. Ahmed began his career at Sapient Corporation, in
Boston Massachusetts, earning his stripes in Business and Information
Technology consulting services. He has been involved in delivering IT
solutions to numerous Fortune 500 companies, including several notables
within the Healthcare and Financial Services verticals: Bank Of
America, Wells Fargo Bank, and Partners Healthcare Systems. While at
Sapient, Ahmed was part of the leadership team for cross-functional
groups of Creative Designers, Software Engineers, and Project Managers.
Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).

Geoff Seyon, COO & Managing Director
Geoff has over fifteen years of experience in the Information
Technology Consulting Industry, with particular emphasis on
Fixed-Time/Fixed-Price Project Management, Business Process Design and
Service Management. Prior to Medullan, Geoff held general management
responsibilities at Sapient Corporation, where he oversaw the
200-person offshore arm of the Sapient Application Management Services
Division, and managed several complex service-level-based projects for
leading clients across multiple industries. In his leadership role he
was also responsible for people processes including hiring and
training, as well as the client-focused delivery of projects executed
under Sapient's Global Distributed Delivery model. In 2002, Geoff was
awarded the Sapient Founders' Award, by company co-CEOs Jerry Greenberg
and Stuart Moore.
Geoff holds a Master's in Business Administration from Harvard Business
School, as well as Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science
from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Abhilash Karanth, Vice President
Abhilash has close to 20 years experience in the IT Services Industry,
with a focus on Technology and Program Management in a
Fixed-Time/Fixed-Price Distributed Delivery model. Prior to Medullan,
Abhilash was Director of Technology at Sapient Corporation, where he
led several 100+ person Globally Distributed teams to deliver quality
solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Abhilash was part of the leadership
team that helped setup, build and grow the offshore arm of Sapient in
India.
Abhilash holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Univeristy of Mysore, India,
as well as a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts.

Afsana Akhter, Director of Business Development
Afsana brings over eight years of experience in technical account
management and sales along with expertise in networking technologies
including Voice over IP, Network Security and Broadband Cable service.
Prior to joining Medullan, Afsana was the Director of Solutions
Engineering at Mazu Networks Inc., a network security solutions
provider. At Mazu, Afsana led a team of seven Engineers in technical
sales activities, delivering Mazu's security solutions to enterprise,
service provider and government customers. Prior to Mazu, Afsana worked
at Cisco Systems as a Cable Solutions Engineer. There she contributed
to the design, integration, and proof of concept deployment of next
generation Voice over IP Solutions (VOIP) for Service Providers.
Afsana holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering
and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
(MIT). She is a member of the advisory board of Indus Women Leaders.

Michael Budreski, Director of Global Operations
Mike has over twelve years of experience in IT consulting, with a
diverse background that includes sales, recruiting, project management,
operations, and P&L. Before joining Medullan, Mike held an
operations leadership position for @stake, Inc. (subsequently acquired
by Symantec). Prior to this, Mike spent two years at Blue Cross Blue
Shield of Massachusetts driving the implementation of an IT Project
Management Office, and five years at Sapient Corporation where he
played a number of leadership roles ranging from Recruiting, Delivery
Excellence, and Project Management. There, he led large complex
software projects for leading clients in the Energy Services, Education
and Financial Services business units.
Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
