Medullan Software Developers are responsible for delivering a component of custom software through the full software development lifecycle, including interaction design, solution definition, implementation, and support. In this role, you will work in a collaborative environment to develop enterprise-level applications using object oriented and service oriented technologies. You will interact with clients to understand their business, their business needs and how best to implement technology to meet those needs as you contribute to the full lifecycle of projects from solution definition through to implementation. You will be responsible for producing quality custom software as well as collaborating with a team of 1-4 software developers, producing plans to accomplish project work and partnering on the execution of those plans to achieve the project end goals.

A Medullan Technical Architect is responsible for leading the technical implementation of custom enterprise applications through the full software development lifecycle, from beginning (business development) through implementation to end (deployment). In this role, you will interface with prospective clients in order to support our sales team as they generate and close new business, assist in gathering requirements from client stakeholders and produce enterprise grade designs in a collaborative environment.
