We are a Cambridge, MA headquartered software innovation firm that creates products for healthcare industry leaders. We operate with a fixed-time/fixed-price discipline using our internally developed Medullan Mojo project delivery methodology. Through our strategy engagements, we also facilitate industry-leaders in "big idea" workshops that combine our client’s team of experts, our thought leadership as industry change leaders, with other best-in-class industry points of view to generate a unique yet actionable game plan for our clients. Our nearshore team works seamlessly alongside senior technology leaders in the U.S., and are comprised of accomplished graduates from the world’s leading universities. A key source of Medullan’s engagement advantage is its leadership team, who have diverse and complementary backgrounds, yet have worked closely together on all our projects in bringing the "special sauce" to all our efforts.

The leadership team is comprised of leaders who have not only the technology industry qualifications, the passion and experience to inspire teams, but also the deep commitment and immersion in the continuously evolving Healthcare marketplace. • Ahmed Albaiti President & CEO

  Ahmed has spent the last 14 years establishing his reputation as one of the Healthcare IT industry's leading CEOs and thought leaders. His expertise in eHealth and experience with healthcare and technology has enabled him to work with Fortune 500 company executives, VC-backed healthcare portfolio board members, and Healthcare 2.0 entrepreneurs. Ahmed has spoken regularly at Industry conferences including the Center for Connected Health Symposium and the Harvard Business School Healthcare Industry Alumni Conference.
  
  Ahmed has built Medullan, Inc. into the leading eHealth consulting firm with a broad array of marquis clients including WebMD, Partners Healthcare System, and Consumer's Medical Resource, amongst other industry pioneers. Prior to Medullan, Ahmed led the technology team at the Research Enterprise IT Group at Partners Healthcare System. Ahmed also spent five years at Sapient Corporation, designing and delivering eBusiness technology solutions for Fortune 500 clients including Wells Fargo, Williams Energy, Merrill Lynch and others. While at Sapient, Ahmed was part of the leadership team for cross-functional groups of Creative Designers, Software Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Geoff Seyon Executive Chairman

  Geoff has over fifteen years of experience in the Information Technology Consulting Industry, with particular emphasis on Fixed-Time/Fixed-Price Project Management, Business Process Design and Service Management. Prior to Medullan, Geoff held general management responsibilities at Sapient Corporation, where he oversaw the 200-person offshore arm of the Sapient Application Management Services Division, and managed several complex service-level-based projects for leading clients across multiple industries. In his leadership role he was also responsible for people processes including hiring and training, as well as the client-focused delivery of projects executed under Sapient's Global Distributed Delivery model. In 2002, Geoff was awarded the Sapient Founders' Award, by company co-CEOs Jerry Greenberg and Stuart Moore.
  
  Geoff holds a Master's in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, as well as Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
• Andre Black Chief Creative Officer

  Andre heads the Strategic Product Design and User Experience practice, focusing on mobile, social, and web-based user experience design and implementation. He has over 14 years of successful experience in the software industry, as a consultant, new venture accelerator, and entrepreneur.
  
  Prior to Medullan, Andre was Director of Product Management at Unica Corporation, where he was responsible for product strategy and roadmap for Unica's $150M per year Enterprise Interactive Marketing Suite. He was a key driver in the user experience and conceptual model of the entire Affinium/Unica suite for over 8 years, helping the company to grow exponentially through investments, an IPO, the acquisition of three other software companies, and a recent $520M acquisition by IBM.
  
  As a student at Cornell University, Andre cofounded Jump.com, a VC-backed web personal information management service with email, calendaring, contact management, and group collaboration functionality. That service won Best of Show at Internet Showcase '99 and was acquired by Microsoft Corporation.
• Afsana Akhter Director of Business Development

  Afsana brings over eight years of experience in technical account management and sales along with expertise in networking technologies including Voice over IP, Network Security and Broadband Cable service. Prior to joining Medullan, Afsana was the Director of Solutions Engineering at Mazu Networks Inc., a network security solutions provider. At Mazu, Afsana led a team of seven Engineers in technical sales activities, delivering Mazu's security solutions to enterprise, service provider and government customers. Prior to Mazu, Afsana worked at Cisco Systems as a Cable Solutions Engineer. There she contributed to the design, integration, and proof of concept deployment of next generation Voice over IP Solutions (VOIP) for Service Providers.
  
  Afsana holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She is a member of the advisory board of Indus Women Leaders.
• Mike Budreski Director of Client Services

  Mike has over 14 years overall experience as an IT services engagement leader as well as 4 years in the healthcare IT space. Prior to joining Medullan, Mike was a Manager of Consulting Operations at @stake, Inc. (subsequently acquired by Symantec).
  
  In addition, Mike drove an IT project management practice within the IT Project Management Office at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, along with holding a number of leadership roles at Sapient Corporation.
  
  Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
