Understanding how our clients' customers will use a Web site or application is best determined through testing an existing application. When one doesn't already exist, Medullan's team will rapidly develop a paper or electronic prototype. This prototype then can be vetted by real end users in listening labs and usability tests. Our clients also benefit greatly from these prototypes. Humans are visual learners. Nothing helps our clients understand a concept, feature, or set of requirements like seeing it on paper or on screen.
